During the twelve (12) months of this program, you will gain practical on-the-job training with us!

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify Agent Needs & Opportunities: Collaborate with Sales Support, leverage agent business knowledge to find sales opportunities and create tailored solutions.
• Monitor & Follow Up on Agent Accounts: Track provisions/outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
• Handle Agent Complaints: Address policy-related complaints from agents.
• Assist Account Management: Support ABM/SAM/AM in providing excellent service and ensuring compliance with all relevant rules and guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any relevant fields
• Able to multitask, good communication skills and proficient in administrative work
• Easily adaptable
• Fresh Graduates with less than 2 years of working experience
