Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project documents, drawings, reports, and records throughout the project lifecycle.
Control document numbering, revision, distribution, and filing in accordance with project procedures.
Upload, track, and retrieve documents using document management systems.
Maintain document registers and ensure all submissions, approvals, and revisions are properly recorded.
Coordinate document submissions and transmittals between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Monitor document status, approvals, and outstanding submissions, and follow up with relevant parties.
Ensure documents are properly archived and easily accessible for reference and audit purposes.
Support project teams with document control and administrative activities as required.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in
document control
, preferably within construction, engineering, or M&E projects.
Familiar with construction drawings, technical documents, transmittals, and revision control.
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and document management skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple documents and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
