Full Time Civil Project Manager - Site Based Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Seremban Engineering Berhad Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Job Description

• Project planning & execution

• Site & construction management

• Cost & commercial management

• Attend progress meetings and prepare project reports.

• Manage contractual obligations, extensions of time, variations, and claims.

• Ensure construction meets project specifications and approved standards.

• Progress monitoring & reporting

• Track actual progress against the approved schedule.

• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.

• Identify delays, risks, and critical-path issues and implement recovery plans.

• Project handover

• Coordinate testing and commissioning where applicable.

• Manage defects/rectification works.

• Ensure handover documents are completed.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• Several years of civil/construction project experience

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

• CIDB registration/accreditation where applicable to the position/project

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
