District Leader - ASEAN

Your role:

• Oversees commercial partnerships with customers in a specific country or key market, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving mutual growth and success through strategic collaboration and effective relationship management.
• Formulates achievable strategies, objectives, and tactical plans for the market, aligned with central sales leadership’s business management and customer strategy, sales performance optimization and reporting objectives, segmentation, commercial policies, and profitability, performance, and workforce guidelines.
• Oversees the commercial team in the markets by working closely with both market stakeholders and other functions to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborates with senior managers to set strategic goals, makes final decisions on administrative or operational issues, and tackles complex problems requiring in-depth company knowledge to ensure the effective achievement of objectives.
• Contributes to the corporate development of methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and personnel, while ensuring that budgets and schedules comply with corporate requirements.
• Develops territory plans and engages in both strategic and tactical planning to effectively align goals, allocate resources, and drive performance across designated regions.
• Designs and executes go-to-market strategies for new services, bolsters sales efforts and campaigns, and monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness.
• Establishes and ensures adherence to schedules, work plans, and performance requirements to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness for a function/region/business.
• Manages talent across the team, while driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and ensuring effective operational management.
• May drive budget planning and P&L management to optimize profitability and enhance financial performance.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, E-commerce, Sales Operations, Marketing technology, Healthcare.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
