Job Summary
Provide professional massage and body treatments tailored to client needs while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform massage and body treatments to promote client wellness and relaxation
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate body treatments to maximize treatment effectiveness
Apply knowledge of TCM techniques such as cupping, scraping (GuaSha), and Tuina to enhance treatment outcomes
Deliver professional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat visits
Foster a welcoming atmosphere through a friendly and helpful attitude to create excellent guest experiences
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of treatment rooms and facilities to meet hygiene standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma certification in relevant field preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant massage or body treatment experience preferred
Effective communication skills preferred
Good hygiene practices, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility preferred
Other Information
Work schedule: 6 days a week, 10 am to 10 pm
Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays
