• Provided administrative support to HR Business Partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and timely completion of HR activities.

• Coordinated interview arrangements, scheduled meetings and appointments, and supported recruitment-related processes.

• Processed monthly invoices, internship allowances, and maintained accurate HR records, documentation, and filing systems.

• Assisted with employee onboarding, orientation programmes, and various employee lifecycle activities and events.

• Created EDMs, videos, and communication materials for HR initiatives, while supporting HR projects and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirement:

• Diploma holder with at least 1 year of experience in HR administration.
