IT Support Specialist – Subject Matter Expert

Responsibilities

• Manage complex and escalated technical cases.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and 3D printing issues.
• Provide expert guidance to support teams.
• Identify recurring technical problems and propose solutions.
• Escalate critical product issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate technical case records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of technical support experience.
• 3D printing knowledge is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Onsite position in Taman Molek, Melaka.

Salary: RM3,500/month | Market: US | Project: Creality | Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
