We are looking for an Admin & Operations Executive to support the operations of our growing financial advisory practice. Your Day-to-Day Impact (The Responsibilities)

• Provide administrative support to management and the sales team, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
• Manage general accounts and payroll
• Maintain and update our client database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Help handle correspondence with business partners, vendors, and regulators
• Support the filing of annual reports and other regulatory submissions, working within established processes and timelines
