Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of all advanced surgery products and services.
• Prioritize selling activities via account and territory management, understanding key decision makers, buying influences, and processes.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of product, disease state, and competitors to reinforce brand strength.
• Stay abreast of current trends, best practices, and competitor activity to maintain competitive positioning.
• Coordinate and participate in major marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, symposiums, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions using Salesforce.
• Educate physicians on proper use of products in label surgical procedures and highlight product features and benefits.
• Call on prospective customers, provide technical and administrative product information, and conduct product demonstrations.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and contribute to market potential assessments for the territory.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing, Science, or any related science field.
• Minimum 4 years of; surgical experience is an added advantage.
• Passionate, energetic, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented with the ability to motivate others and foster teamwork.
• Team player with a positive can‑do work attitude.
• Creative problem solver who identifies issues and develops solutions.
• Operates in accordance with Baxter’s global business practice standards and promotes compliance with policy and legal obligations.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, oral, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Possess a valid driving license; owning a car is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
