The Role
From sourcing to onboarding, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across a range of functions and levels.
- Manage end-to-end hiring from briefing to offer stage across multiple business units
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define sourcing approaches and share market insights
- Oversee external agency relationships and hold partners to agreed service standards
- Monitor and report on key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates
- Coordinate employer branding activities, career fairs and campus recruitment programmes
- Support HR projects and drive improvements across recruitment processes and workflows
A commercially minded TA professional with solid end-to-end recruitment experience and strong stakeholder skills.
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles and levels
- Background in specialist or technical hiring, ideally within logistics or supply chain
- Strong communicator, confident advising and influencing at all levels
- Proficient in ATS platforms, job boards and professional networking tools
- Open to regular travel to the Northern Region
