Job Summary

As a Senior Assistant Admin in Production Control, you will prepare shipment documents and manage information flow from multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely coordination with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update shipment plans to reflect current schedules and changes
• Prepare accurate delivery instruction sheets for each shipment
• Submit all required shipment documentation promptly during shipment processes
• Collaborate closely with production, production control, and planning teams to coordinate shipment arrangements
• Manage information flow from various systems to support shipment accuracy and timeliness

Required competencies and certifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
