Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and sales-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations and sales performance of our beauty retail outlet. The role will focus on achieving sales targets, leading the team, developing customer relationships and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive outlet sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Lead, motivate and manage the retail sales team to deliver strong performance.
Oversee customer acquisition, sales conversion and revenue generation.
Conduct customer consultations and ensure suitable beauty products and services are recommended.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to improve business results.
Oversee daily outlet operations, including stock management, merchandising and store standards.
Ensure products, displays and promotional activities are properly maintained.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
Support staff training, coaching and development in sales and customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment when required.
Support business development, promotional campaigns and new outlet/launch activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and workplace standards.
Prepare and provide regular sales and operational reports to Management.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Previous experience in
beauty, skincare, retail or sales management
.
10–15 years of relevant experience preferred.
Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a retail team.
Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
Sales-driven with good business and commercial awareness.
Good knowledge of beauty products and/or treatments will be an advantage.
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays.
