Delivery of a two-year organization development plan across our three strategic pillars: Diversifying income, strengthening internal systems, and building our brand. In addition, you'll need to help lay the groundwork for expansion into mental health programs and initiatives.

Looking for:

- 5+ years' experience in sports, youth development, or community/nonprofit services, with a track record of improving how an organization operates.

- 1 years' experience in sports program creation and implementation

- Proven fundraising, sponsorship, or grant writing experience

- Comfortable owning policy/procedure work and translating it into practical, adopted process

- Confident representing the organization externally through pitching, networking, and partnership building.

- Strong written communication skills with marketing or brand experience a plus

- Self-directed and able to run multiple strategic work streams with light day-to-day supervision

Pay: $24,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
