Job Description & Requirements
- Assist Project Managers in project planning and project management
- Coordinate with main contractor and consultant and monitor work progress and schedule
- Liaison with sub-contractors and suppliers, preparation of all project costs, process project claims and monitor project budgets
- Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections
- Adhere and comply to safety rules and regulations
- Executes and monitor of project budget performance, cash flows & preparation of monthly progress reports.
- Ensures that projects are implemented according to stipulated schedule and within the approved project costs.
- Assist to perform installation, repairing, servicing and maintenance of the equipment
- Responsible for providing timely, professional and accurate information to customer’s technical service enquires at all times
- Interpret and translate technical details and documents
