Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including job posting, screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiation and talent pipeline management to support team expansion.
• Manage all types of local work pass applications, renewal and documentation, fully compliant with MOM policies.
• Oversee employee onboarding, contract administration, attendance, leave and end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
• Monitor and update Singapore local employment laws, CPF regulations and company HR SOPs to ensure operational compliance.
• Handle daily employee relations, staff welfare, benefits arrangement and internal communication to maintain good team atmosphere.
• Prepare monthly HR reports including manpower structure, attendance and turnover data.
• Support daily office administration and ad-hoc HR assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields.
• At Least 3 years working HR experience in Singapore, familiar with local MOM policies, work pass procedures and CPF compliance.
• Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and daily local HR operations.
• Proficient in English for workplace communication and official documentation.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, able to handle multi-tasks under fast-paced startup-style growth environment.
• Tech, robotics or logistics industry experience is highly preferred.
