• Source and negotiate with suppliers for food ingredients, beverages, packaging, kitchen equipment, and operational supplies.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best terms while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to avoid stock shortages.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate supplier performance.
• Ensure all purchased products comply with food safety and quality standards.
• Resolve issues related to deliveries, product quality, shortages, or supplier performance.
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier contracts, and documentation.
• Work closely with the operations, finance, and warehouse teams to support daily business needs.

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of procurement experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Strong knowledge of food products, packaging materials, and supplier management.
