Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets for room bookings, events etc.
• Identify and approach potential clients, including corporate companies, travel agents, event organizers, and tour operators.
• Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts; follow up on leads and close sales.
• Coordinate with operations, front office to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and industry developments to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the hotel’s offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, customer service, and eventcoordination.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi).
