JOB SUMMARY

Senior Graphic Designer's role is to contribute to the creative process and the overall success of projects, while also having opportunities to learn and grow in their design career.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Designing visual content such as advertisements, marketing materials, social media graphics, animation videos and other collateral using AI graphic design software like Midjourney, Firefly, Dall-E, Magnific etc. and Adobe Creative Suite.

2. Assisting with conceptualization and collaborate with the senior designer or creative leads to develop design concepts, ideas, and strategies that align with project goals and brand guidelines.

3. Arrange visual elements, ensure that designs are well-organized and easy to understand.

4. Edit and retouch images as needed, ensuring they are of high quality and meet the project requirements. This may include color correction, cropping, and resizing.

5. Develop mockups and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and how they will be implemented in different mediums (e.g., web, print).

6. Ensure that all design work aligns with the established brand identity, including color schemes, logos, typography, and overall visual style.

7. Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging design techniques, and best practices. Apply this knowledge to improve the quality and effectiveness of design work.

8. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines. Prioritize tasks and allocate time

appropriately to ensure timely delivery of design assets.

JOB REQUIREMENT (SKILLS)

1. Strong understanding of design principles.

2. Proficient in AI design tools.

3. Ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.

4. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.

5. Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

JOB REQUIREMENT (BEHAVIOURAL)

QUALIFICATION

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Art and Design, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design role.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
