We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for driving customer retention by increasing our annual insurance renewal rates and supporting the sales team by issuing prompt, accurate insurance quotations and cover notes for new vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities
1. Insurance Renewals & Retention (Primary Focus)
Proactively monitor, track, and manage the insurance renewal pipeline to ensure high customer retention rates.

Contact existing policyholders prior to policy expiration via phone, email, or messaging channels to present renewal options.

Identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities (e.g., add-on covers like flood, windshield, or special perils) during the renewal process.

Address client inquiries regarding premium changes, coverage adjustments, or policy terms to secure early renewals.

Maintain an updated database of client records, policy status, and follow-up schedules.

2. New Vehicle Sales Operations
Issue timely and accurate motor insurance quotations for new vehicle buyers based on vehicle specs and coverage requirements.

Process and issue official cover notes and policy documents upon confirmation of sale.

Liaise closely with automotive sales advisors, panel insurers, and underwriting teams to facilitate fast turnarounds.

Assist in processing No Claim Discount (NCD) transfers or cancellations as required.

3. Customer Service & Compliance
Guide clients through basic claims guidelines or direct them to the appropriate claims department when necessary.

Ensure all documentation, record-keeping, and transactions comply with company standards and local insurance regulatory guidelines.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
