Job Summary
The Marketing and Relationship Manager will manage and grow client relationships and identify new business opportunities in the marine services sector, driving client satisfaction and business expansion in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and resolve client issues promptly to maintain strong relationships and meet client needs
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing client data and market trends to support company growth
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align client service delivery with company goals
Prepare and deliver presentations on market trends, product updates, and business opportunities to clients and senior management
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build networks and stay informed on best practices
Negotiate and finalize client contracts ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Monitor client satisfaction and retention, analyze feedback, and develop strategies to improve service quality
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; maritime management, transport, or ship engineering background is advantageous
3–5 years of experience in marketing, relationship management, or sales within marine or shipping industries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel as needed
