Job Summary

We are looking for a Market Research Executive to conduct market, customer and competitor research to support product, marketing and business planning for our digital financial software and applications.

The role involves analysing market information, customer needs, industry trends and competitor developments, and translating research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on financial software, investment analysis tools and related digital products to identify customer needs, market trends and business opportunities.
• Collect, organise and analyse market information from relevant internal and external sources.
• Conduct customer research and analyse customer behaviour, preferences and feedback.
• Conduct competitor research and monitor developments in financial technology and investment-related digital products.
• Support the design and implementation of surveys, questionnaires and other market research activities.
• Analyse research findings and identify insights relevant to product, marketing and business planning.
• Prepare market research reports, presentations and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Work with product, marketing and business teams to support data-informed business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Market Research, or a related discipline.
• Good research, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to collect, organise and interpret qualitative and quantitative information.
• Good report-writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate research findings into clear and practical recommendations.
• Relevant research, project, internship or work experience is an advantage.
