Role Description This is a full-time Project Engineer role based in Kota Damansara. The Project Engineer will manage and execute electrical engineering projects, including technical documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include project planning and scheduling, monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client requirements. The role involves site visits, overseeing installation and testing activities, and contributing to digital substation and power system solutions. The Project Engineer will also support continuous improvement initiatives and provide clear, professional communication to clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Electrical Engineering and Project Engineering skills, with experience in power systems or substation projects.
• Candidates should possess effective Project Management and Project Planning skills to handle timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should ideally have familiarity with IEC61850, digital substations, or related automation and protection systems.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, use engineering software tools, and apply industry standards safely and accurately.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site and at project locations as required.
