Position: Senior Assistance

Salary: RM 2,300 (Basic) + RM 100 (Mobile Allowance) + Overtime

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure the right items are delivered to the correct location on time, at the required quality, and in a cost-effective manner.
• Oversee the distribution and transportation of goods to customers.
• Manage rider and driver schedules.
• Handle the returns process from the sort centre.
• Communicate with vendor drivers to ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Assist the manager with report preparation and data analysis.
• Coordinate daily route operations.
• Conduct route audits and ride-alongs to monitor courier performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor daily courier activities and package handover processes to ensure smooth and complete deliveries.

Job Requirements:

• Able to work in rotational shifts.
• Good in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English communication.
• Must be able to report for duty IMMEDIATELY
