Location: Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Indoor Sales professional to join our team. The role focuses on handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, following up on sales opportunities, and supporting daily sales operations.

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support customer retention

• Identify new sales opportunities and assist in achieving sales targets

• Coordinate with the warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing

• Provide product information and suitable solutions based on customer requirements

• Maintain accurate records of customer information, quotations, orders, and sales activities

• Perform other sales and administrative duties as assigned by management

• Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in indoor sales, customer service, sales administration, or a related field is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn

• Able to work independently as well as in a team

• Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
