Sepenuh Masa BIM Revit Drafter Jobs, salary up to MYR 6,000 in PUNCAK GENTING SDN BHD Petaling Jaya - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings based on project requirements.
• Produce construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
• Coordinate BIM models with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure drawings comply with company BIM standards, local building codes, and client requirements.
• Manage Revit families, templates, and project libraries.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and extraction of project information from BIM models.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and support the BIM team throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Drafting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Revit Drafter.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD.
• Understanding of BIM workflows and documentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills..
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 BIM standards is preferred.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
