As a Senior Nurse Manager, you will play a strategic leadership role in overseeing clinical operations across our network of clinics. You will drive operational excellence, clinical governance and service quality while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Working closely with senior management, you will develop sustainable operational strategies, strengthen policies and processes and lead high performing clinic teams to deliver exceptional patient care and business outcomes.
Clinical & Operational Leadership
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinics, ensuring efficient workflows, high quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, review and implement operational policies, clinical protocols and standard operating procedures to improve service delivery, consistency and patient experience.
- Drive organisational change initiatives, process redesign and technology implementation to improve operational effectiveness and scalability.
- Lead cross-functional clinical and operational projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, licensing requirements and company policies.
Business Performance & Growth
- Support the development and management of annual operating budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and financial targets.
- Monitor, analyse and report on operational, business and financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and achievement of organisational goals.
- Support the senior leadership to identify and implement opportunities for business growth, service expansion and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and the planning, execution and evaluation of strategic initiatives.
- Balance clinical quality, patient experience and operational effectiveness to support sustainable organisational performance.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop the team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive workforce planning, performance management, succession planning and staff development to build capable and engaged teams.
- Promote a positive workplace culture centered on patient care, professionalism and operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience within the Singapore healthcare industry, including at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership capacity overseeing clinical operational function.
- Proven project management experience, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and evaluation.
- Strong people management skills, with demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing teams, including workforce planning and performance management.
- Financially savvy, with a good understanding of cost structures and revenue drivers, and the ability to identify and implement operational measures that strengthen the clinics' financial sustainability while upholding quality patient care.
- Sound understanding of MOH regulations, clinic licensing requirements and clinical governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
