Kerja Sepenuh Masa BIM Drafter- Building Management System, Gaji tinggi SGD 4,500 di ONZZ ENGINEERING AND TRADING PTE. LTD. Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

ONZZ Engineering & Trading Pte. Ltd. is looking for a BIM Drafter to join our growing team in the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update BIM models and shop drawings for Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Produce 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D Revit models.
• Coordinate drawings with engineers, project managers, and other trades.
• Revise drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Support project documentation and drawing submissions.

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit .
• Experience in ACMV or M&E drafting is preferred.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and coordination.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, BIM, Architecture, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with AutoCAD and Revit knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in the Singapore construction industry is an advantage.
