Job Summary

The Online Partnerships Group (OPG) is a partner-focused organization within Global Partnerships that prides itself in providing great service, in creating innovative solutions, and most importantly, in having amazing people. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct application reviews

• Support our publisher base through our email customer service

• Contribute to automation efforts and offer possible solutions

• Lead reviews activities in order to launch proactive initiatives to improve the support services

• Analyze and improve customer journey/flow

Job Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited working experience are welcome to apply

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Creative problem-solving and analytical skills

• Internet-savvy individual familiar with social media and web-trends

• Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to problem solve and find solutions
