Job Summary

intellihub Pte. Ltd. is seeking an organized and responsible Admin Executive to support import/export activities, inventory management, shipping documentation, and general administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle import and export shipments and related documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers.
• Track deliveries and assist with customs clearance.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Process orders, invoices, and administrative documents.
• Update shipment and inventory information in company systems.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation.
• Support daily logistics and administrative operations.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in administration, logistics, or import/export.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and inventory procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
