What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
Manage day-to-day operations related to premium cessation and resumption under the CareShield Life and ElderShield Schemes, and ensure accurate premium refunds and adjustments.
Support MOH on policy reviews relating to MediShield Life and CareShield Life/ElderShield premiums, and drive end-to-end implementation of policy changes, including public communications, legislation, system testing, and post-implementation checks.
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders on operational reviews and drive initiatives to achieve operational efficiency through process enhancements and system automation.
Analyse data to drive and support changes that achieve customer-centric outreach and sustainable outcomes.
What we are looking for

Relevant experience in healthcare insurance operations, premium administration, or a related field within the public or financial services sector.
Experience in policy implementation or operational reviews, with the ability to manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and methods, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Knowledge of national healthcare schemes such as MediShield Life, CareShield Life, or ElderShield would be advantageous.
Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking, including the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and public-facing communications.
Works independently and manages priorities effectively, with the ability to handle multiple assignments and competing deadlines.
Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges, with a self-motivated approach to innovation in a fast-changing environment.
Committed to service excellence and brings a collaborative, positive attitude to both individual and team contributions.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
