Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling and calendar arrangements for virtual and physical events including career fairs, client events, and team engagements
• Manage communications with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth event alignment
• Maintain organised digital and physical documentation for event planning and tracking purposes
• Support end-to-end event execution to ensure all timelines and deliverables are met
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver events aligned with organisational branding and objectives
• Arrange all event logistics including venues, catering, virtual platforms, and technical requirements
• Prepare agendas, record meeting notes, and follow up on action items promptly and accurately
• Produce post-event summaries and performance insights to evaluate success and identify improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong interest in event trends, branding, and experiential marketing
• Collaborative team player with a positive, hands-on attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply — training will be provided

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,600.00 per month
