Specific Responsibilities:
1.Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
2.Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
3.Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product availability.
4.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
5.Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
6.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
7.Support product selection and ensure alignment with company quality standards.
8.Handle customer service issues and improve overall customer experience.
9.Assist in developing and executing business strategies and operational plans.
10.Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and operational data.
11.Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to support business growth.
