At Shiok Hokkien Mee, our mission is to be the first brand people think of when it comes to Hokkien Mee, and to preserve the legacy of how important this traditional food is to Singaporeans for the years ahead.
As we are expanding to our 9th and 10th outlets, we are hiring energetic, driven individuals to build their culinary career with us!
As a Wok Chef Trainee, we are looking for someone who:
- Is willing to learn
- Enjoys the hawker culture and its people
- Demonstrates great attitude
- Has knowledge in F&B processes (Bonus if its in food preparation and/or worked as a kitchen staff before)
What we provide:
- 1 to 1 coaching from experienced cooks
- Clear progression path (Yes, cooking is not the end goal!)
- Competitive salary with quarterly/yearly bonuses
