Oversee daily management of store and key store activities under management's directives

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image
• Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationships
• Mentor retail part-timers and ensure proper SOPs are followed
• Assign tasks to retail part-timers and offer constructive feedback where needed to help improve the team and overall productivity
• Assist in managing store inventory and stock transfers internally & externally
• Maintains excellent store environment and make improvements where needed
• Works closely with managers on sales activities and customer feedback
• Other duties as assigned

SOJAO is a homegrown local brand that launched online in 2018 selling sustainable luxury bedding, towels and loungewear.
