Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ERP Sales Professional to drive business growth through new account acquisition, ERP solution sales, strategic client engagement, and large-deal pursuits

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years of ERP Sales experience.
• Strong experience in new account hunting and business development.
• Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM, Infor LN/M3 or Oracle Fusion ERP is preferred.
• Experience in the Singapore and/or neighbouring markets.
• Proven track record in hunting and/or farming.
• Strong ability to develop Principal relationships and generate business growth.
• Experience handling large deals and complex sales cycles.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive ERP sales activities in line with business objectives and sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and acquire new accounts.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and Principals.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline and achieve order-booking targets.
• Lead large-deal pursuits and develop strategies to support business growth.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across ERP and digital technology solutions.
• Research industry and regional trends and identify potential market opportunities.
• Work closely with the Marketing team on sales strategies, market positioning and sales collateral.
• Act as a strategic business partner to client executives and understand their technology requirements
