We are looking for a hands-on Senior SEO Specialist who can independently own SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies across client accounts.

This is not a task-based execution role. You will diagnose performance issues, translate data into clear priorities, and take technical recommendations through to implementation and validation.

What You Will Do

• Own SEO and GEO strategies, roadmaps and KPIs for assigned accounts.
• Improve organic traffic, rankings, visibility, leads and conversions.
• Conduct technical audits and manage issues from diagnosis to fix validation.
• Monitor performance, identify risks early and propose mitigation plans.
• Translate technical findings into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Coach team members and conduct practical knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate across content, paid media, social and account management teams.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience independently managing SEO campaigns and client accounts.
• Strong technical SEO audit and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to turn data and audit findings into prioritised, actionable fixes.
• Understanding of GEO, AI-powered search and evolving search behaviour.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, accountable and comfortable owning measurable outcomes.

Good to Have

• Website migration or programmatic SEO experience.
• Broader understanding of content, paid media and social media.
