Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned key account, building strong customer relationships and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support management in developing account growth strategies and lead commercial discussions for multi-site customer projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, finance, engineering, and logistics, to resolve customer issues and ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
• Manage customer RFQs by coordinating pricing inputs, cost analysis, and quotation preparation to deliver accurate and competitive proposals.
• Work closely with the key customer to understand business needs, identify new opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer value.
• Monitor account performance, track customer requirements, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to support long-term business growth.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across different business units to ensure smooth execution of customer programs and projects.
• Perform other account management and business support duties as assigned by management.

Requirements/Qualifications

• BA in Business Studies or BA in Business Administration or equivalent
• BSc. Or BEng in any Engineering Studies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer usage.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, motivate, and negotiate with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, manage pressure effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong team player with adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic and changing business environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities with strong analytical thinking.
• Relevant experience in Account Management, Program Management, Customer Management, or related fields.
