We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales activities in Singapore and support regional business expansion, building customer relationships and leading the team to deliver revenue growth in the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets
Secure new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing customers
Guide and motivate the sales team toward individual and team objectives
Promote semiconductor equipment, spare parts, specialty gas systems, and engineering solutions
Handle quotations, contract negotiations, and commercial terms with customers
Liaise with suppliers, principals, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution
Track market trends and competitor activity, preparing sales forecasts and reports
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years' sales experience, ideally within semiconductor, industrial equipment, or engineering industries
Track record of business development success and consistently meeting sales targets
