Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Demonstrates basic technical expertise in process and product technologies, supporting design, optimization, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Able to work under supervisory direction and provide input to Equipment Engineering teams, external equipment/tooling suppliers, or material vendors in the selection, design, and development of new products.

Job Description

• Identify, procure, and commission key process equipment in compliance with cGMP requirements within the Operations Engineering cycle to achieve business objectives.
• Serve as the Engineering Process Owner for the assigned area.
• Develop and revise manufacturing documentation and procedures to support commercial products and the introduction of new products into production, including assembly procedures, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and related documentation.
• Ensure that new products introduced to the production floor meet business, quality, output, and cost targets and objectives.
