We're Hiring: Service Desk!

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Desk professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide first-line support, resolve technical issues, and ensure an excellent end-user experience. Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: Service Desk

What You'll Do:
️ Provide timely technical support via phone, email, or in-person
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users
Log and track incidents using ticketing systems
Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate teams
Assist with system setups, installations, and configurations
Deliver excellent customer service at all times

What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and common IT hardware
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
