Responsibilites

The Delivery Manager Will Be Responsible For

  • Track project timelines, resources, risks, andchange requests.
  • Oversee automated testing frameworks and CI/CDpipelines.
  • Ensure adherence to client’s guidelin
  • Manage client’s provided environments,deployments, and data migration.
  • Deliver first initiative within 6 months;subsequent releases every 4–6 months.
  • Conduct workshops to gather businessrequirements and processes.
  • Support UAT, including test case preparationand acceptance validation.
  • Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
  • Provide end-user training and onboardingmaterials.
  • Maintain system architecture and integrationspecifications.
  • Maintain a knowledge base for recurring issuesand resolutions.
  • Categorize and prioritize maintenance items,bug fixes, performance improvements, and enhancements in the product backlogduring grooming sessions.
  • Establish and track KPIs (system health,application performance, availability), with automated alerting thresholds.

Job Requirements

  • 7–8 years delivering application developmentprojects with at least 4 years experience in ServiceNow inenterprise/government environments
  • Agileproject management, backlog management, release planning, governance &compliance, stakeholder engagement, documentation, business analysis, solutionadoption
  • ServiceNow:ITSM, CSM, HRSD, IRM, App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub

Certifications

  • ServiceNowCertified System Administrator (CSA); ServiceNow Certified ImplementationSpecialist (ITSM/HRSD); Certified Scrum Master
