Job Summary

You will provide prompt, empathetic customer support by responding to inquiries via email, calls, and online chats, helping to ensure high customer satisfaction and supporting marketing outreach.

Responsibilities

· Respond promptly to email inquiries from the public and members to resolve their requests clearly and efficiently

· Call members when needed to clarify and understand their requests for better service delivery

· Attend to online chat and social media inquiries to provide timely assistance and maintain customer engagement

· Support marketing campaigns by making outbound calls to potential or existing customers

· Use computer, cloud, and mobile applications effectively to manage customer interactions and information

Preferred competencies and qualifications

· Ability to speak other local languages to enhance communication with diverse customers

· Have a valid class 3/3A/2B/2A/2 driving license will be an advantage

· Basic proficiency in office computing applications to assist with administrative tasks
