Position: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Industry: Cryogenics and industrial equipment manufacturing

Location: Taman Perindustrian Pusat Bandar Puchong, 47150 Puchong, Selangor

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (0800 to 1730)

Employment Type : 12 months contract with PEROL

Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000 (based on experience & skills) + Statutory Contributions + Leave Entitlement + Medical Coverage

What You'll Be Doing

Sales & Customer Coordination

• Prepare customer quotations and sales documentation
• Process Sales Orders (SO) accurately within ERP systems
• Coordinate customer orders from quotation through delivery
• Follow up on quotation status, order confirmations, and customer requirements
• Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries

Export & Logistics Support

• Coordinate delivery schedules and shipment arrangements
• Prepare export-related documents including: Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin (COO) & Shipping Documentation
• Ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met before shipment

Distributor & Partner Support

• Coordinate quotation requests and order processing for overseas distributors
• Support distributor enquiries and documentation requirements
• Work closely with Sales Engineers on customer and partner requests

Marketing & Event Coordination

• Support participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
• Coordinate vendors, exhibition organizers, and booth contractors
• Manage exhibition materials, brochures, banners, and promotional items
• Assist with event preparation, logistics, and execution

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with: Sales, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Finance & Quality Teams
• Ensure smooth communication and timely execution of customer orders

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, International Business, Management OR Related disciplines
• 2–5 years of experience supporting sales operations, managing customer enquiries and quotations, coordinating with internal sales teams, and building strong customer relationships
• Experience using ERP systems is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Manufacturing, engineering, industrial products, or B2B experience is an added advantage
