Prepare and review quotations, tenders, contract documents and related commercial documentation.
Handle day-to-day contract administration and maintain proper records of contractual matters.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on contractual and commercial matters.
Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, quotations and other contract-related submissions.
Familiar with construction contracts, progress claims, variation orders and subcontract administration.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous, responsible and able to meet deadlines.
Good written and spoken English.
