Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Seremban for a Site Testing Engineer. The role involves planning and performing testing and commissioning activities for high and low voltage switchgear, transformers, and related electrical equipment at client sites. Responsibilities include preparing and executing test procedures, documenting test results, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting rectification and maintenance work as needed. The Site Testing Engineer will collaborate with project teams, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and communicate technical findings clearly to internal stakeholders and clients. The role requires regular on-site presence, adherence to company quality processes, and a strong focus on safe and reliable operation of electrical installations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Test Engineering and Testing, with experience in electrical systems and power distribution equipment.
• Candidates should possess skills in Test Execution and Test Cases, including the ability to develop, implement, and document structured test procedures.
• Candidates should possess skills in Functional Testing, focusing on verifying performance and safety of high and low voltage switchgear and transformers.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of high and low voltage systems, switchgear, transformers, and relevant standards and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
• Ability to work safely in field environments, follow established procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with Malaysian regulatory requirements is an advantage.
