Machine Learning Engineer

We are hiring a Mid-Senior level Machine Learning Engineer to build AI solutions for a leading private bank. You will join an agile technology team and work on projects from initial design through deployment and improvement in production.

The role offers hands-on work with large language models, AI agents and enterprise data. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists and platform teams to turn promising ideas into reliable tools.

What you will do

• Build and deploy machine learning and AI solutions for business use cases.
• Develop AI agents, multi-agent workflows and tool-calling capabilities.
• Design retrieval-augmented generation systems that use enterprise data.
• Evaluate models and AI outputs for accuracy, reliability and safety.
• Improve prompts, workflows and system performance through testing.
• Review code, troubleshoot issues and support solutions in production.

What we are looking for

• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with large language models and a good understanding of AI agents.
• Experience with model evaluation, data preparation and sound software development practices.
• The ability to work well with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• A degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics or a related field.
