About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes, strong consulting capabilities, and proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end D365 F&O solutions.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can engage with senior stakeholders, drive solution architecture discussions, lead fit-gap workshops, and ensure successful implementation of scalable, business-driven solutions. Experience within the Industrial MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture, design, and implementation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) programs.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into scalable D365 F&O solutions.
• Conduct solution workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and business process assessments.
• Drive Fit-Gap Analysis, solution blueprinting, and functional design activities.
• Develop and present end-to-end Finance and SCM solution architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Prepare functional design documents for identified gaps, enhancements, and customizations.
• Define integration strategies and ensure proper sequencing of integration points across enterprise applications.
• Provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with business SMEs, developers, architects, and project leadership teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Guide teams on D365 F&O architecture best practices, standards, and governance.
• Support executive-level discussions, solution demonstrations, and transformation roadmaps.
• Manage changing priorities while maintaining project quality and delivery commitments.
• Identify business improvement opportunities and recommend innovative technology solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Finance/SCM Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O.
• Extensive experience leading client-facing consulting engagements and enterprise ERP transformation projects.

• Extensive experience across the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated success in solution design, blueprinting, and enterprise architecture governance.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with executives, business users, SMEs, architects, and development teams.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive successful project execution in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Industrial MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) industry.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
• Exposure to Azure integration services, Power Platform, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Strong understanding of IT strategy, digital transformation, and ERP modernization initiatives.
