Sales Advisor responsible for driving in-store sales through expert product knowledge and genuine customer engagement, supporting store operations, merchandising, events/roadshows, and assisting with social media/live selling support while ensuring accurate pricing and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Meet/exceed monthly in-store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling.
• Operate and master point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage in-store promotions.
• Provide tailored product recommendations and conduct live in-store product demonstrations.
• Handle customer complaints and returns on-site; escalate complex queries to the digital team when necessary.
• Maintain product expertise including warranties, installation knowledge, and competitor comparisons.
• Ensure displays are stocked, labeled, and compliant with safety standards; verify price tags, promo tags, and POS materials match system pricing and campaigns.
• Report inventory discrepancies and coordinate tag updates during promotions or price changes.
• Represent the brand at 1-3 events/month (mall roadshows, trade fairs) including setup of portable displays and processing on-site sales.
• Support social media: spend 1-2 hours/week filming short videos and co-host monthly live selling sessions to demonstrate products and answer FAQs.
• Share customer feedback with management and assist in training new hires on store protocols and sales techniques.
• KPIs include sales targets, customer satisfaction scores, warranty attach rates, and trend/report submissions.
