Job Description:
Install, commission and support semiconductor testing equipment at customer sites.
Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and equipment servicing.
Provide equipment training to customers and users at different levels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide technical support and recommend preventive measures to minimise equipment downtime.
Travel to customer sites, including short notice travel when required.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/ITE in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
1–2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, testing, field service or a related technical environment preferred.
On Job Training provided.
Experience with semiconductor test handlers is an advantage.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and customer-facing skills.
