About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, an established technology and intelligent manufacturing company, RIHGA is looking for passionate and motivated Fresh Graduates or Junior Engineers to join a growing Machine Vision and Intelligent Manufacturing team supporting global industrial automation projects.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with academic, internship, FYP or project exposure related to machine vision, automation, robotics, image processing, industrial cameras or intelligent manufacturing systems.

Successful candidates will gain hands-on exposure to machine vision systems, industrial automation equipment and customer project implementation across high-tech manufacturing industries including electronics, semiconductor, new energy and smart factory environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support machine vision system setup, testing and troubleshooting.
• Assist senior engineers during machine installation, commissioning and project deployment.
• Support image inspection, alignment, measurement and automation-related applications.
• Participate in machine testing, system verification and customer acceptance activities.
• Assist in debugging and optimising machine vision or automation systems.
• Support troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, sensor and system-level issues.
• Work closely with software, hardware and application engineering teams during project execution.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
• Support onsite machine setup and deployment at customer factories.
• Participate in overseas support and regional project assignments when required.
• Provide technical assistance during machine startup and production support activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics, Computer Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Basic understanding of machine vision systems, industrial cameras, sensors or automation systems.
• Exposure through FYP, internships, machine vision projects, robotics competitions or automation-related projects would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with image processing, PLC, sensors, robotics or industrial automation is preferred.
• Basic understanding of troubleshooting and engineering problem-solving.
• Hands-on attitude with a strong interest in automation and smart manufacturing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Independent, proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
